Custom made orders
I make custom made tableware for restaurants, chefs or other thrilling places. I really enjoy collaborations. My tableware is made to fit perfectly with its specific place or venue.
My design process is intuitive but also very analytic when it comes to understanding and developing the feelings or qualities of the venue. This happens in dialog with each client. All tableware is custom made, tailored and designed to ensure a unique product for every restaurant or place I work with - for the best gastronomical and visual experience.

Note that all custom made pieces take at least four weeks to make and deliver, depending on the amount and scale of the project.
I also make ceramics for private costumers. You will find what I offer at the web shop, or if you prefer to make a studio visit (by appointment).
In the web shop, when you click on the purchase button, you enter into a contract with Matter Matter. Immediately after you have placed your order, an order confirmation is sent to your e-mail. It is important that you check that the order confirmation is correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation, if it is incorrect in some way, or if you wish to change your order, I kindly ask you to contact me immediately email@example.com
Note that all pre-orders will take about four weeks to produce and deliver, if nothing else is said. Time is the true fact of craft!
Matter Matter respects your integrity and therefore treats personal data in a careful and responsible manner and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Matter Matter processes personal data in the form of names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses. Mainly, this is data that you have provided Matter Matter.
Matter Matter processes personal data to respond to inquiries. I also need to process personal data in connection to any purchases made. I collect cookies when our website is visited. When you make a purchase with Matter Matter, you agree that I will handle your information in order to fulfill my commitment to you as a customer.
Prices on the Web shop include value added tax of 25%. Value added tax is payable on all orders when the customer is a consumer resident in a EU Member State. Local VAT and import customs if applicable may have to be payed in your own country.
For orders made through the Web shop I accept several payment alternatives. Please refer to the web shop for details.
Matter Matter always offers you secure payment methods. All card details and your personal data are encrypted by our payment providers, which means that only authorized persons can access the information.
The delivery method, conditions, delivery time and cost vary depending on the country and type of product.
The prices given are excluding freight. Freight costs are additional and have to be paid by the customer. You will be informed of the freight cost when you make your order at checkout.
Normal Delivery time: Ordered items will be shipped within 2-4 business days Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery and extra costs, so please ensure that you have included full address and contact details before placing your order. It normally takes about 2-7 working days after shipment for a parcel to reach its destination after it has been shipped.
Even though I do my best to deliver what has been ordered in the time promised, something can go wrong. If the delivery takes longer than promised - contact me right away so that I can look into why the delivery is delayed.
Damage in transports
I have chosen carriers who guarantee a good quality in their deliveries. Despite this, damage in transport may occur. As the buyer you are responsible for examining the product and packaging for any visible damage on receipt or as soon as possible thereafter. If there is visible damage to the product or packaging, you should report this direct to the carrier or, if you discover the damage after delivery to me firstname.lastname@example.org
Uncollected packages and failed delivery
Packages are only held at collection points for a limited time before it is sent back to me. Note that I make a charge for packages that are not collected. Uncollected packages that are returned to me are transported at your risk. For uncollected packages we charge a fee that corresponds to the cost of freight, return freight and handling.
Right of return
Matter Matter’s goal is that you shall be satisfied with the product or the products you purchase from me. If you order from the web shop or at my studio you have a right of retraction, regardless of your reason, within 14 days from your receipt of the product. You must, however, notify me. I kindly ask you to observe that you cannot exercise your right of retraction simply by refusing delivery of the product or by not collecting the parcel.
Please note that you are responsible for the product not being damaged or disappearing during the return freight. I, therefore, ask you to make sure that the product is well packed and, if necessary, insured. Always save guarantee/delivery notes until the return is completed, as these show your return package number, which you will require in the case of any claims.
Return rights does not apply to custom made projects.

You can also return products by making an appointment with me at the studio, Garverivägen 11 B in Floda. If you return a product in Matter Matter’s Studio, I kindly ask you to bring the order confirmation so as to make the administration easier.
